Some views take a hike to earn. This one just takes a staircase.
The Lofts — Stable Craft Brewing & Cidery's newest and most anticipated lodging collection — are now open and taking reservations. Perched on the second story above the brewery, these five suites put you closer to the Blue Ridge Mountains, the hop yards, and the beer garden than any stay on the farm has before. If you've been watching this project take shape, the wait is over. If you're just hearing about it, here's what's waiting for you upstairs.
Stable Craft has always been a working horse and hop farm first, a brewery and cidery second — but The Lofts were built to let guests experience both at once. Set directly above the brewery, each suite comes with a private angle on the Shenandoah Valley, from sweeping mountain ridgelines to a front-row seat over the beer garden and outdoor stage.
Every Loft suite includes the same thoughtful, elevated basics: a premium mattress, a walk-in shower, a granite bar with mini fridge and microwave, and blackout curtains for the kind of sleep that actually resets you. And the commute to your first pour is about as short as it gets — the taproom serving farm-fresh beer, cider, and wine sits just downstairs (open Wednesday through Sunday, with holiday hours varying).
A refined, modern queen suite with sweeping Blue Ridge views and the working farm unfolding just outside the window. Sophisticated, but never far from the farm's quiet rhythm.
The most spacious of the Lofts, with generous living space and long views stretching across the meadows to the mountains beyond.
Set above the tree line with panoramic views of the valley and the farm below, plus a pub-style seating area built for lingering over one more cider before bed.
A dramatic cathedral ceiling and a dedicated workstation pair with panoramic views that stretch all the way to the Alleghenies and West Virginia's distant peaks.
The most immersive of the five, overlooking the beer garden, outdoor stage, and production brewery in action — for guests who want their stay to feel like part of the show.
Please note: The Lofts collection does not currently accommodate pets.
Stable Craft's lodging has always been an extension of the farm-to-glass experience, not an add-on to it. Staying in The Lofts puts you a short walk from:
Farm-fresh craft beer, cider, and wine in the taproom. Hermitage Hill Cider, made with local Virginia apples. A working horse farm and hop yards, best explored at golden hour. Live music, brewery tours, and seasonal events on-site
Stable Craft sits right off I-81 and I-64 in the Shenandoah Valley, making it an easy add-on to a bigger Virginia trip:
15 minutes from Historic Staunton. 20 minutes from Shenandoah National Park and George Washington National Forest. 30 minutes from Harrisonburg and James Madison University. 45 minutes from Wintergreen and Massanutten Resorts. 50 minutes from Charlottesville and UVA
Direct access to the Blue Ridge Parkway and Skyline Drive means your days are wide open for hiking, kayaking the South River, or antiquing in Staunton and Waynesboro before heading back upstairs for the evening.
The Lofts are open now and booking — and with five distinct suites, the hardest part of your trip might be picking a view.
