Step into the brewhouse and experience the craft of brewing side by side with our professional brewers! Our “Be a Brewer for a Day” experience immerses you in the art and science of creating great beer. The full brewing process—from milling to chilling—takes about 45 days, so please allow for production time when booking. (Good things can’t be rushed!)
The hands-on session itself lasts 2–3 hours and is priced at $455 for up to 4 people, with additional guests at $55 each.

- 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM: Milling & Wort Production
- 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Boil, Transfer & Cellaring Operations
Brew Days typically last 2-3 hours and include:
- An exclusive one-on-one planning session with our Brewmaster
- Hands-on experience with the initial steps of the brewing process
- Conclude your day at the tasting room with either (1) flight or (1) pint of SCB beer per guest
- A behind-the-scenes brewery tour with in-depth explanations
