🍽️ Restaurant Week at Stable Craft Brewing 1/28/26-2/1/26

Winter can be a long and dreary. Restaurant Week is not.
For five days, Stable Craft Brewing is rolling out a three-course menu that’s comforting, a little indulgent, and exactly what you want when it’s cold outside and cooking at home sounds like a bad idea.
No gimmicks. Just solid food, generous portions, and flavors that actually make sense together.

‍

Start Here (Appetizer – pick one)

  • Lemon Caper Smoked Salmon Dip
Creamy, a little smoky, bright with lemon. Comes with flaky dill croissant crostinis that disappear fast.
  • Chesapeake Fried Shrimp
Crispy shrimp with corn-bacon relish, smoked paprika aioli, and scallions. Messy in the best way.
  • Pulled Pork Sliders
Slow-smoked pulled pork, Carolina BBQ, pickled red onion, toasted brioche bun. You’ll wish there was a fourth slider.
  • ‍

Soup or Salad (your call)

  • Loaded Baked Potato Soup
Thick, comforting, and topped with cheddar, sour cream, and scallions. This is the winter move.
  • Garden Salad
Fresh greens with your choice of dressing. Simple, clean, does what it’s supposed to do.

The Main Event (Entrée – choose wisely)

‍

  • Southern Fried Thigh & Waffles
Crispy fried chicken thigh, Belgian-style waffles, sriracha honey butter, maple syrup, and collard greens. Sweet, savory, spicy, and absolutely not subtle.
  • Blackened Shrimp “Vodka”
Blackened shrimp over pan-fried gnocchi tossed in a creamy vodka sauce, finished with Asiago. Rich, cozy, and hard to stop eating.
  • 8oz NY Strip
Hand-cut, pan-seared NY strip with cabernet butter, green beans, and roasted red potatoes. Classic. Reliable. Always a good decision.
