January 21–25
Winter needs a little decadence—and oysters are answering the call.
From January 21–25, Stable Craft Brewing is bringing back Oyster Harvest Week, serving up fresh Virginia oysters at below-market prices, paired with our house-brewed beers and ciders. No reservations. No fuss. Just show up hungry, grab a pint, and settle in.
This is the kind of week where lunches turn into long afternoons and dinners mysteriously require a second round.
Blue Point Oysters on the Half Shell
Half Dozen: $9 (avg. $12+)
Full Dozen: $16 (avg. $24+)
Plump, briny, and served raw and chilled with mignonette, cocktail sauce, and lemon wedges. Clean, crisp, and unapologetically fresh.
Oysters Rockefeller
6 Oysters: $14 (avg. $20+)
A rich, classic indulgence—baked with creamy spinach, smoky bacon, Parmesan, and a splash of Pernod. Savory, comforting, and dangerously easy to share (or not).
Fried Oyster Platter
8–10 Oysters: $18 (avg. $25+)
Golden, crispy oysters with house-made coleslaw, pan-fried potatoes, and tangy tartar sauce. Cold weather comfort food, perfected.
Oysters love good company. Try a Pale Ale to highlight the brine, a Blueberry Blonde Ale for contrast, or a dry cider to cut through the richness. Every pour on tap is crafted to play nice with seafood—no bad matches here.
Blue Point Oysters date back to the 1800s, originally harvested from Long Island’s Great South Bay and now cultivated in Connecticut’s Norwalk and Westport waters. Sandy beds and steady currents give them their clean, balanced flavor. They were even a favorite of Queen Victoria—which feels about right once you try one.
Enjoy your oysters inside our spacious taproom or on our heated outdoor patio, surrounded by winter views of Virginia’s Blue Ridge countryside.
Available daily, open to close.
Special pricing valid for Oyster Harvest Week only.
While supplies last. Taxes and gratuity not included.
No tickets. No pretense. Just fresh oysters, cold beer, and good company—the way winter dining should be.
