On Saturday, January 17, Stable Craft Brewing turns into a full-blown lumber camp for a day of Lumberjack Games that reward strength, balance, creativity, and—let’s be honest—commitment to the bit.
This isn’t about being the biggest guy in the room. It’s about grit, grip strength, beard confidence, and whether you can hoist a pint without bending your arms while your friends yell unhelpful advice. Come dressed in your best flannel, grab a beer or cider, and jump in—or just spectate and enjoy the chaos. Either way, you win.
🕐 1:00 PM – Pint Hoist Contest
Straight arms. No assistance. Last person standing wins. Shake counts. Complaining does not.
🕜 1:30 PM – Hi-Striker Competition
Ring the bell and claim glory. If more than one of you is built like a cartoon strongman, we’ll settle it with a strike-off.
🕑 2:00 PM – Beer’d Contest
Judged on fullness, style, and creativity. Measuring tape will be involved. No, we’re not joking.
🕝 2:30 PM – Griddle Toss
Underhand only. See who can send a skillet flying the farthest without dislocating something important.
🕒 3:00 PM – Log Sawing Competition (18+ to compete)
One-armed sawing for individuals plus a two-person buck saw showdown. Coordination matters. Trash talk encouraged.
🕓 4:00 PM – Flannel Fido Costume Contest
