From March 25–29, Stable Craft Brewing is bringing back Oyster Harvest Week, serving up fresh Virginia Shooting Point Oysters at below-market prices, paired with our house-brewed beers and ciders. No reservations. No fuss. Just show up hungry, grab a pint, and settle in.
This is the kind of week where lunches turn into long afternoons and dinners mysteriously require a second round.

Our signature twist on the classic—tender oysters baked under a blanket of creamy spinach, smoky bacon, Parmesan, and a hint of Pernod. Rich, savory, and dangerously easy to share (or not). Serves 1–2.
Fried Oyster Platter
8–10 Oysters: $18.00 (avg. $25+)
Golden, hand-breaded Virginia oysters fried to crispy perfection, piled high with Stable Craft pan-fried potatoes, house-made coleslaw, and tangy tartar sauce. A full meal that hits all the right spots.
