Blue Point Oysters have been a staple since the 1800s, first harvested in Long Island’s Great South Bay. Today they’re cultivated in Connecticut’s Norwalk and Westport waters, where sandy beds and steady currents give them their distinct flavor. Once a favorite of Queen Victoria, these oysters are a timeless American delicacy—and a sure hit for any seafood lover.
