Stable Craft Brewing Wins Bronze Medal In Its First Year of Entering Prestigious Competition For Its Popular Cider

All of us at Stable Craft Brewing are ecstatic about taking home the prestigious Virginia Governor’s Cup Bronze Medal for our popular Brazen cider in the first year of entering the Virginia Governor’s Cup Competition with our new line of fresh from the farm ciders.

The Virginia Governor's Cup, hosted by the Virginia Wineries Association in partnership with the Virginia Wine Board and the Virginia Vineyards Association, is one of the most stringent wine competitions in the United States.

According to Stable Craft Brewing owner, Craig Nargi, “We are really excited to win a medal for our cider in our very first year of entering the Virginia Governor’s Cup.  Producing cider is relatively new for us so receiving this prestigious honor is a testament that our farm fresh ciders are meeting the highest standards and are considered some of the best in the state.”

"Wine and cider are an important agricultural product and economic driver in our Commonwealth," said Secretary of Agriculture and Forestry Bettina Ring. "In light of all the challenges the industry faced this year, the Governor's Cup is a welcomed opportunity to celebrate the fantastic wines produced in our region.”

We hope you’ll come visit us at Stable Craft Brewing and enjoy some  of our award-winning, farm fresh ciders.
