- Kick Off Party Starts at 5pm! join us for the Western Steak & Shrimp Dinner Buffet from 5:30 PM to 8 PM, expertly crafted by our award-winning culinary team. Indulge in delicious flavors and classic dishes that embody the spirit of the Wild West.
- Later Tater - Prefer to ease into the night? Bar-Style Food Buffet starts at 8 PM, with tasty offerings available from 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM, ensuring you have the fuel you need for a night of dancing and celebration!

Consider our VIP Roaring Fork Lounge option for an exclusive getaway! Enjoy plush sofa seating and chic chairs at your private dining table, adorned with western cowboy hats and lanterns. Reservations:
Reservations are sold by the table for four or eight at just $25 per seat. Each reservation includes two drink tickets per seat, ensuring you’re ready to toast the new year in style. Gather your friends and make this New Year’s Eve a night to remember!
